Cancellation Policy :

We have 24 hour cancellation policy on all appointments. Cancellations made more than 24 hour in advance of the appointment time, will not be charged. If Cancellation is made within the 24 hours period, there will be a 50% service fee. If you cancel right before the appointment time OR No Show, you will be put on pre-paid status. Please plan accordingly when reserving your appointment to avoid any of these charges. We appreciate your business.

Refund Policy :

We do our best to match you with the right therapist at the time of booking. It is important to express your feelings if you are not satisfied with your therapist or your massage. Full refunds will be given within the first 10 minutes of your massage or you may ask for a different therapist if one is available. Refunds are not given when you receive more than 10 minutes of your service and have not made a request to change therapists with the front desk receptionist.

Our Rights :

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. Guests making any kind of sexual advances or references will be asked to leave immediately. Additionally, to protect the well-being of our guests and therapists, we will refuse to provide any service to any one who we suspect is intoxicated, or under the influence of drugs. We are Therapeutic Massage only and our services are strictly NON SEXUAL.

Client Arrival Time :

Please arrive 10-15 minutes before your appointment time. We have an intake form that requires approximately 3-5 minutes to fill out and needs to be completed before the start time of your scheduled appointment. If you arrive late for appointment, we may not be able to extend your session beyond your reserved appointment end time, especially if we are fully booked that day. So, arriving late for your appointment may result in reducing your service time duration or even rescheduling.
